Is Nepal open for international travel?

Commercial flights are operating but with limited availability. The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) has extended the suspension of some international flights and has established a restricted flight. CAAN also announced that all domestic flights have resumed, and strict COVID protocols are enforced.
