Kellie D’Arcy, director of Australian Elite Insurance Solutions, has been recognised as one of the best insurance brokers in Australia this year.
An industry veteran, D’Arcy has been in the insurance industry since 2007, having worked with clients of all shapes and sizes – from small to medium businesses through to large corporate accounts. In 2015, she started a brokerage and joined Westcourt Insurance Brokers (now Community Broker Network) as an authorised representative.
Insurance Business Australia Top Insurance Brokers 2023
D’Arcy has been named one of Insurance Business Australia’s Top insurance Brokers for 2023. She has been recognised for her commitment to helping people and maximising their protection against the risks and exposures their businesses face.
In an interview with IB, D’Arcy deemed communication a key factor for success.
“I would put it down to my communication. My retention with my clients is really, really high. The only time I ever lose a client is if they’ve sold the business or they’re retired. Communication with the client is paramount, and if you continue to keep them updated so they know where they’re at, they’ll be with you for life.”
