TT Club reveals new deputy chief

International freight and logistics insurer TT Club has announced two senior appointments as part of its planned succession program.

Kevin King (pictured above left) has been promoted to deputy chief executive officer, while Mark Argentieri (pictured above centre) has been promoted to chief operating officer, succeeding King. Both will work closely with TT Club CEO Charles Fenton (pictured above right) to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities in anticipation of Fenton stepping down as CEO at the end of 2023.

After stepping down from the CEO position, Fenton will remain close to the business, having assumed the role of chairman of Thomas Miller Holdings, TT’s management company, in 2021.

King is a 26-year veteran of Thomas Miller and held positions in a number of its managed businesses in the US before moving to London in 2015 to lead TT Club’s EMEA region and later serve as its COO.

Argentieri has led the TT Club in the EMEA region for the last three years. He previously gained experience in both TT and the London market in a spectrum of marine classes of insurance, including port and terminal, forwarder and logistics operator cover.

TT Club recently signed on to the UN’s Principles for Sustainable Insurance initiative.
