“Tower is going from strength-to-strength,” Turnbull said. “These new specialist roles will further cement Tower’s place as New Zealand and the Pacific’s most customer-focused and progressive insurer.”

Kooperberg currently heads Tower’s digital customer experience teams, where she played a key role in enhancing the company’s digital customer experience. As chief customer experience officer, she will lead Tower’s digital and telephony customer experience, from sales to claims. Prior to joining Tower, Kooperberg held senior local and international brand, marketing and agile positions with Netflix, Spark Sport, Spark and Virgin Media.

Finch (pictured directly above) has led Tower’s marketing and customer experience design team since she joined the insurer in June 2021, working to position Tower as a progressive and customer-focused brand. According to Tower, Finch was in charge of automating its marketing delivery, which has helped to substantially grow its online new business figures in the past financial year.

Finch has a strong background in financial services, comprising marketing, product, digital and growth roles over 23 years, in both New Zealand and South Africa. Before joining Tower, Finch held senior business unit, product and marketing leadership positions with Westpac, IAG and First National Bank South Africa.
