Suncorp’s SA-based personal injury claims business has won several Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA) excellence awards.

Customer Service Leader of the Year was won by Suncorp SA CTP Claims Team Leader Tate Burford.

The award for Customer Service Team of the Year – Small was won by Suncorp’s SA CTP Early Intervention Team.

Suncorp’s Adelaide-based EGM Personal Injury Claims Underwritten Allicia Tsolis was crowned “service hero” in the Customer Service Executive of the Year category.

“A huge congratulations to our personal injury claims team in South Australia for being recognised for their customer service excellence,” Ms Tsolis said. “I’m incredibly proud of you all! Well done.”

HCF won large customer service organisation of the year, beating Aussie Broadband, Downer Defence and Sydney Water.

RACQ’s Assistance Contact Centre was a finalist in the category of service excellence in a medium contact centre.
