RSA strengthens delegated business

RSA Insurance has announced (13 June 2024) that it has appointed Alex Wright as Senior Partnership Manager: MGA and Schemes in its delegated business, part of RSA’s Commercial Lines business. In her new role she will manage the smooth running of partner relationships and ensure they are being given the right levels of support to thrive. Alex joins the business on 17 June and reports into Daniel Head, Head of Partnerships: MGA and Schemes.

Alex has over 17 years of finance and insurance industry experience, having worked at a number of places including Towergate and Geo Personal Lines. She joins RSA from Arc Legal Group where she was partnerships manager since April 2022.

Alex’s appointment is a further strengthening of the delegated business. She joins a number of recent lateral hires including the appointment of Jon Myers as Senior Partnership Manager and Cheryl Wiseman as Head of Partnerships. Jon has been hired, following the acquisition of NIG by RSA, and the increase in schemes as a result of this. Cheryl leads a team and plays a key role supporting schemes partners.

John Dawe, Strategic Partnerships Director at RSA Insurance, said:

“I am delighted to welcome Alex to RSA and our delegated business. We have a strong business, great partners and an unwavering commitment to developing and nurturing long-standing partnerships.

Our vision is to work with partners in a way that it’s inconceivable that they’d want to work with anyone else. The strength of our people is a key component in helping us to develop and grow this ambitious customer focused agenda. We’re looking forward to Alex joining us and we’re confident she’ll compliment the immensely talented team we already have in place.”
