Insurance Business Asia has revealed its prestigious Elite Women of 2024 list, spotlighting a cohort of inspiring female leaders from across the Asia-Pacific region just in time for International Women’s Day.
These women are challenging stereotypes and forging paths for greater female representation in senior leadership positions within the insurance industry.
Elite Women 2024 selection process
During the selection process, Insurance Business Asia called upon insurance professionals throughout the region to nominate outstanding female leaders.
Nominators were instructed to provide detailed accounts of their nominees’ achievements and initiatives over the past year, highlighting specific examples of their professional accomplishments and contributions to the industry.
After a thorough review by the Insurance Business Asia team, the final 20 Elite Women were chosen based on their contributions to the industry and their leadership qualities.
