ProRisk CEO Hamish McDonald Nye emphasised MacCarthy’s leadership experience and expertise in portfolio management, strategy, and corporate governance.

“I am delighted to confirm the appointment of Noel MacCarthy as non-executive chair. Mr MacCarthy is an incredibly accomplished insurance professional, bringing an extensive experience and capability across leadership, portfolio management, strategy, and corporate governance,” he said.

MacCarthy expressed enthusiasm about joining the company to support its initiatives and growth in the Australian market.

“It gives me enormous pleasure to join ProRisk to assist where I can. Hamish and the team continue their impressive and innovative product and service offering to the Australian marketplace. Their recent accolades for technical skills in both underwriting and claims, overall underwriting results, and outstanding client service are testimony to the quality of the people in the business,” he said.
