Miller selects new chief information officer
Miller has appointed Bradley O’Connor (pictured above) as chief information officer. O’Connor reports to Dana Cuffe, chief operating officer.
O’Connor brings more than 20 years of industry experience to Miller, specialising in business transformation, process optimisation and building technology and data teams. Most recently, he was head of technology at Beazley, a role he held for five years, overseeing the company’s IT and transformation efforts for the UK and global markets. Earlier in his career, O’Connor held IT project management roles at Hiscox, Brit Insurance, Cardiff Pinnacle, Aon Hewitt and Lloyd’s TSB.
“We are delighted to welcome Bradley to Miller,” Cuffe said. “His extensive experience in building and leading technology teams across the insurance industry will strengthen our existing technology capabilities, ensuring that we continue to evolve with our clients and partners to deliver the best possible service. Bradley is highly regarded within the market as a technology and change expert and will make an excellent addition to us as we invest in making Miller the definition of a truly modern specialty broker.”
According to Miller, O’Connor will focus on creating a scalable technology and data platform to facilitate the company’s broking business. This includes enhancing Miller’s client proposition, boosting automation and efficiency, and enabling more data-driven decision-making.
“I’m excited to be joining Miller as the company continues its dynamic journey of growth,” O’Connor said. “I look forward to working closely with Dana and the wider team to define and deliver a technology and data strategy that will allow us to achieve our ambitious goals for the years ahead.”
