Insurance broker and risk advisor Marsh has announced the appointment of Megan McClellan (pictured above) as Southeast Zone leader. Based in Washington, D.C., McClellan will report to Pat Donnelly, president of US and Canada at Marsh.

In her new role, McClellan will be responsible for overseeing Marsh’s eight offices across the Southeast of the US. Her responsibilities will include managing client initiatives, developing new business opportunities, and fostering talent within the region.

With over a decade of experience in insurance brokerage, McClellan has held various leadership positions within Marsh’s US Financial and Professional Liability (FINPRO) practice. In 2019, she was appointed as Southeast Zone sales leader. Prior to joining Marsh, McClellan worked as an attorney representing insurance carriers in matters related to directors’ and officers’ liability insurance and general liability insurance.

“Megan is an exceptional client advocate with a proven track record of driving growth and delivering innovative solutions,” Donnelly said. “With her leadership, our Southeast Zone will be well-equipped to support our clients in navigating today’s challenging risk landscape.”

“I am eager to collaborate closely with Marsh’s talented team across the Southeast to foster innovation and provide tailored solutions that address the evolving risk challenges faced by our clients,” McClellan said.
