We’ll be running our Sales Development Programme and Management Development Programmes again – during 2022 over 250+ brokers attended these courses. These face-to-face workshops take place in Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds, London and Manchester. Plus, we’ve some new training covering account handling skills and customer service skills. You can find out more here and register your interest in attending via iblearn@aviva.com.

From attracting the right candidates, to training them, alongside our chosen partner Davies Learning Group, to retaining and developing your existing team, we’ve got the guidance and support you’re looking for. We’ll be sharing more information about apprenticeships next month as we support “National Apprenticeship Week”.
