Lockton appoints national partnerships manager

23 March 2023

Allison Emery has been appointed National Manager, Market Management and Key Partnerships at Lockton.

Melbourne-based Ms Emery was most recently Marsh Australia’s Head of Portfolio Solutions – General Lines and formerly held the role of Carrier Relationship Manager at JLT Australia. Last month, Lockton appointed former JLT executive Leo Demer as President of its Pacific region business.

In her new role, Ms Emery will focus on expanding Lockton’s market services and strengthening relationships with insurers.

Local CEO Paul Marsden says she will progress strong momentum.

“We look forward to building on our current long-standing, durable and mutual relationships,” he said.

Ms Emery has expertise in product and system development, carrier data and analytics and relationship management, locally and globally.

“I’m looking forward to expanding on Lockton’s market services and insurer engagement,” she said. “We’ll continue to strengthen Lockton’s insurer partnerships for the benefit of our valued clients.”

Lockton says it has a 98% client retention rate in Australia.
