Lockton achieves Great Place to Work certification

24 April 2023

Lockton Australia has been awarded certification by workplace researcher Great Places to Work.

A survey found 93% of employees said they were made to feel welcome when they joined Lockton, Sydney-based Lockton Human Resources Manager Fiona Bridge says.

“Lockton is made up of special people who take great care of clients and each other. This is what Lockton is all about, creating a culture where people feel valued and cared for,” she said.

“The award is a testament to our culture in action and we’ll continue to empower our people as we continue to grow.”

Last year, Great Places to Work named Howden Insurance Brokers Australia the best small business working culture in Australia. The broker topped its “Australia’s Best Workplaces 2022” list measuring employee satisfaction and trust within the workplace, with Howden employees reporting 95% workplace satisfaction – outperforming the Australian average of 56%.

The research evaluates employee survey data regarding their relationships with management, colleagues and job.

Also on the certified list are AUB Group, personal injury claims manager EML, Community Broker Network and Insurance Advisernet Australia.
