King Insurance Partners has announced the acquisition of Florida-based Prestige Insurance.

Led by agency principal Michele Anania and headquartered in Vero Beach, Fla., Prestige provides personal, commercial and specialized insurance coverage.

“The inclusion of Prestige Insurance under the King Insurance banner is an excellent example of alignment,” said Malcolm King, CEO of King Insurance Partners. “Michele Anania’s local expertise and client-centric model is the perfect match for us as we continue to grow and elevate the services we offer.”

“This is a very exciting development for us,” Anania said. “I am looking forward to joining King and expanding our strengths to serve our customers with even more depth and dedication.”

The deal is the latest in a string of acquisitions by King. In February, the Gainesville, Fla.-headquartered firm announced that it had acquired New Jersey-based Mehta Insurance Agency. In 2023, the company grew more than any other top 100 US broker. In March of last year, the company bolstered its presence in its home state with the acquisition of Orange Park-based First Florida Underwriters.
