King Insurance Partners has expanded its operations by acquiring Palmer Insurance, a well-regarded agency based in Bainbridge, Georgia.

The latest in a series of acquisitions, this move is part of King Insurance Partners’ strategy to extend its service reach.

Located in Bainbridge, Palmer Insurance is known for its client-centric approach and strong local presence. The agency, under the guidance of Matt Palmer, has earned the People’s Choice Award for 10 consecutive years, a testament to its commitment to exceptional service and community involvement.

Malcolm King, CEO of King Insurance Partners, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition.

“We are excited to welcome Palmer Insurance into the King Insurance Partners family,” King said. “Their award-winning approach to client service and their deep roots in the Bainbridge community are perfectly aligned with our ethos of excellence and client-focused service. We believe this partnership will enhance our collective abilities to serve our clients better.”

Matt Palmer, principal of Palmer Insurance, remarked on the merger and what it brings to the company’s future.

“This union marks a significant step in our journey. Joining King Insurance Partners allows us to leverage a broader range of resources and expertise, enhancing the service we provide to our clients and expanding our capabilities. I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead with King Insurance Partners and the opportunity to contribute to and benefit from a network that values customer excellence as much as we do,” Palmer said.

The acquisition is set to broaden King Insurance Partners’ geographic presence in the state. Recently, it has announced the purchase of Marcus Insurance in Connecticut for an undisclosed sum, as well as The Dave Alton Agency in North Carolina.

Last month, the firm also swooped for Florida-based Prestige Insurance, adding personal, commercial and specialized insurance coverage in Vero Beach to its portfolio.
