King Insurance continues expansion with third deal in a week

“We are excited about our opportunity to partner with King,” said JAA president Harry Arthur. “In searching for the best partner for our team, King Insurance Partners was the obvious choice. Their values and approach align perfectly with ours.”

“We are excited to welcome the JAA team to King Insurance Partners,” added Malcolm Chad King, chief executive officer of King Insurance Partners. “Their reputation and expertise will strengthen our service offerings, and our team. We’re excited about this partnership.”

As one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage firms in the US, King has been undertaking a series of acquisitions within Florida. Earlier this week, it announced the acquisition of Palm Coast-based First Florida Insurance Network (FFI) and Cove Insurance in North Palm Beach. It has also acquired Hunt Insurance Group in Tallahassee, Wurzel Agency in Oviedo and Ellett Insurance in Gainesville.

“I’ve known Chad King and King Insurance for many years,” said FFI president Norman Sapp. “When we considered partnering with a larger firm, King was the clear choice. This partnership will allow our team to compete at a higher level.  We are thrilled about this partnership, and our future with King.”

“We have been approached by many firms, and King Insurance Partners was the obvious choice,” said Cove Insurance director Deborah Higgins.

King Insurance Partners is headquartered in Gainesville, Florida. Established in 1974, it is a full-service brokerage that offers a wide variety of insurance solutions, including business, home, auto, and life insurance policies. Aside from its expansive Florida office, King also has two offices in Georgia.
