Managing general underwriter Irwin Siegel Agency (ISA) has hired Nick Greggains (pictured) as its new president. Howard Siegel, who served as president & chief executive from 2000, will retain his CEO position.

Greggains steps into the presidency with over 35 years of leadership experience within the insurance sector, spanning areas such as underwriting, distribution, capital management, and regulatory compliance.

The new president’s immediate priorities include steering the final stages of ISA’s excess & surplus platform launch and exploring new growth opportunities.

“We are very excited to welcome Nick to our team,” Siegel commented. “He brings with him years of experience and has proven leadership talent that will assist with our growth trajectory.”

Part of Ryan Specialty’s Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers, ISA focuses on providing insurance products and risk management solutions tailored for human and social service organizations.

Seth Johnson, who joined RT Specialty in 2019 through the acquisition of Atlantic Specialty Lines and has served as president of RT Binding Authority since 2021, will assume the position of RT Binding chief executive.

Jonathan Reiner is set to become CEO of RT ProExec, RT Specialty’s national professional and executive liability practice. In the national property practice, Hugh Mooney will be promoted to president while continuing his duties as regional executive vice president.

Ryan Grimes will step into the role of president of RT Specialty’s national casualty practice while also keeping his regional executive vice president remit. Similar to Mooney, Grimes joined the company through the All Risks deal.
