Sacramento-headquartered Inszone Insurance Services has acquired ISU Francis-Pinney Insurance Services for an undisclosed sum, boosting Inszone’s presence in California while enhancing its capacity to deliver tailored insurance solutions to customers.

Originally launched as a startup division, ISU Francis-Pinney has experienced substantial growth over the years – in part due to key mergers with firms like All-Cal Insurance and the John A. Francis Agency – with well-known insurance figure R. Jan Pinney at the helm.

Inszone chief executive Chris Walters commented: “We are excited to welcome Francis-Pinney into the Inszone team. The agency’s history of growth, dedication to client service, and industry leadership aligns perfectly with our values and mission.

“We look forward to leveraging our combined expertise to continue providing exceptional service to our clients.”

The acquisition will enable Inszone to expand its offerings in California, benefiting Francis-Pinney clients by giving them access to a wide range of carriers and enhanced support services.

Inszone plans to continue its strategy of growth through acquisitions, with more announcements expected in the near term. Recent deals by the group include First West Insurance Agency, Huntington Pacific Insurance Agency, and Blue Chip Insurance.

Blue Chip Insurance is rooted in the Santa Fe, New Mexico community, while Huntington Pacific Insurance Agency is based in Huntington Beach. First West serves the Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley areas.
