FWD Insurance set a new benchmark by winning 23 awards, securing its position as the most awarded insurer for the seventh consecutive year.

FWD’s accolades included 16 Excellence Awards and seven Outstanding Awards, spanning categories such as:

FWD’s medical insurance and VHIS plans were honoured for the seventh consecutive year. The vBooster Medical Plan and vPrime Signature Medical Plan earned the “Voluntary Health Insurance” award for the fourth year in a row. The insurer also received the “Online Platform” Excellence Award and the “Digital Transformation Strategy” award for the second consecutive year.

Ken Lau, managing director of Greater China and Hong Kong CEO at FWD, said the recognition highlights the company’s standing as a leading insurer in Hong Kong.
