Insurance Business unveils the best insurance brokers in Australia for 2023

Insurance Business Australia (IB) has revealed this year’s best insurance brokers across Australia – brokers who have been recognised for acting in their clients’ best interests.
IB identified this year’s Top Insurance Brokers by undertaking a rigorous marketing and survey process, leveraging its connections and thousands of readers across the country.
Methodology
The IB team asked IB readers to nominate their brokers and rate them based on a series of criteria, including:
providing personalised service;
understanding coverage needs;
ensuring the best value for money; and
being proactive and suggesting additional coverage areas.
The most voted-for insurance brokers who received an average of 8 or higher were named IB Top Insurance Brokers, who are recognised on the service provided to their clients rather than on revenue.
