Insurance Business reveals Asia’s top insurance employers for 2023

Nominees were rated by employees on multiple metrics

Insurance Business has recognised and celebrated Asia’s Top Insurance Employers for 2023, singling out the insurance companies creating diverse and inclusive workplaces where employees thrive.

Insurance Business Asia identified this year’s best insurance employers by inviting organisations across Asia to participate by filling out an employer form outlining their various offerings and practices. Employees from nominated companies completed an anonymous form evaluating their workplace on a scale of 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) on various metrics, including:

benefits;
compensation
culture
employee development
commitment to diversity and inclusion

To be considered for the final list, each organisation had to reach a minimum number of employee responses based on its overall size. Those which achieved a 75% or greater average satisfaction rating from employees were named Insurance Business Asia’s Top Insurance Employers for 2023.
