INSTANDA names new VP of client success

Industry veteran takes new role

INSTANDA, a digital platform for insurance carriers and managing general agents, has announced the promotion of Katy Murray (pictured above) to vice president of client success. In that role, Murray will oversee all client relationships in North America. She will report to Ben Snape, COO of INSTANDA.

“Katy has shown time and time again her commitment to excellence, innovation and achieving meaningful results,” said Tim Hardcastle, co-founder and CEO of INSTANDA. “Her profound insights into the insurance landscape, coupled with her strategic mindset, position her perfectly to lead our client success team in North America.

Murray previously served as INSTANDA’s strategic account manager. In her new role, she will provide guidance and mentorship to the company’s North American client success managers. She will also work to identify obstacles hindering clients’ goals and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. In addition, Murray will oversee accounts receivable.

Murray has more than 16 years of industry experience. Prior to joining INSTANDA, she served at Patra Corporation, most recently as senior director of Patra Direct and Assist.

“I am proud to have the opportunity to continue to represent INSTANDA among our clients and expand our reach across North America as we work to revolutionize the insurance industry,” Murray said. “I look forward to continuing to provide exceptional service and value to our clients as we transform our industry and embrace digital solutions for the future.”

Murray’s promotion is the latest appointment at INSTANDA. In November, the company announced the appointment of Geoff Keast as vice president of sales. In September, it named Kevin Gaut as chief technology officer.
