Howden Tiger names Forman & Stamatis Co-Heads NA, Capital Markets & Advisory

Howden Tiger, the reinsurance broker and risk capital advisory, has promoted two capital markets focused executives, Michael Forman and John Stamatis, who have been named Co-Heads of North America for Howden Tiger Capital Markets & Advisory (HTCMA).

Howden Tiger Capital Markets & Advisory (HTCMA) is the capital markets, investment banking and insurance-linked securities (ILS) arm of the reinsurance brokerage.

The two executives will report to Jarad Madea, CEO of HTCMA, and lead the North America strategy for HTCMA.

They will have a focus on bringing a full suite of M&A and capital raising solutions to new and existing clients of the company.

Forman joined HTCMA in 2017 and has helped to drive the growth of the firm’s M&A and capital raising practices.

Before he joined HTCMA, Forman held a number of roles at AIG and Willis Capital Markets & Advisory.

Stamatis has worked for HTCMA since its formation in 2015 and played an instrumental role in the development of its full suite of products and services, advising across a wide range of M&A, capital raising, and insurance-linked security (ILS) transactions for the firm’s clients.
