Highstreet Insurance Partners has announced the acquisition of Flagler Insurance Agency, based in Palm Beach, Fla.

This acquisition includes three offices located in high-growth markets across Florida, with a focus on commercial, personal, and private client insurance services.

Highstreet commended Flagler, led by agency president Tyler Schapiro (pictured above), as an established company with a strong presence in the Florida insurance sector. The agency specializes in providing insurance solutions for the equestrian, commercial real estate, and financial services industries.

Following the deal’s completion, Schapiro will continue to oversee the Flagler team from the Palm Beach office and will join Highstreet’s Gulf Region, led by regional president Vin Stazzone.

“Flagler’s model and expertise helps further cement Highstreet’s retail presence in the Florida market and beyond. We’re excited to have Flagler join the Highstreet team,” Stazzone said.

“By leveraging Highstreet’s resources, innovative technology, and the collective knowledge of its leading product specialists, we can deliver the best solutions and risk management strategies to our clients,” Schapiro said. “Partnering with Highstreet provides the unique opportunity to continue our rapid growth with the backing of some of our industries top leaders.”

Highstreet Insurance Partners is a full-service independent insurance agency. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, the company offers a wide range of services, including business insurance, employee benefits, personal insurance, retirement services, and specialty risk solutions.
