HDI awarded the Gracechurch Claims Service Quality Marque

HDI in the UK has been awarded the coveted Service Quality Marque (SQM) by Gracechurch Consulting as part of their London Market claims survey.
Based on 2023 performance handling claims in the London Market, the SQM is awarded to those claims teams that provide outstanding service based on broker feedback.
HDI’s service has continued its longer-term upwards trend, which includes a positive NPS score that places us in the top quartile of insurers. Brokers praise HDI’s communication and accessibility relative to the market. Specialty contacts are noted as a particular area of strength, with 50% of ratings at a 9 or 10 (out of 10).
This is a fantastic achievement for HDI’s claims teams from across the business, delivering consistently high levels of service. Excellent claims service is the promise we make to our clients and being recognised as a top performer by our broker partners is a superb accolade.
About the Gracechurch Service Quality Marque
The Gracechurch Service Quality Marque is awarded annually based on the Net Promoter Score (NPS) achieved by each insurer over the previous year. It is combined with how they rate on key service metrics.
All data is collected from the Gracechurch Claims Service Monitors which allows the benchmarking of performance across thousands of data points. The SQM provides a truly independent accreditation of claims service quality.
Based on the Gracechurch evidence collected throughout 2023, SQM achievers deliver great service experiences consistently, and rate highly on being customer focused. This means that brokers can recommend these insurers to clients with confidence.
