Butler joins the Southeast team with over 16 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her background includes roles in marketing, product training, and business development at Burns & Wilcox and Southern Fidelity Capitol Preferred.

Cole will be part of FIRST’s West team, bringing more than 20 years of experience in premium finance. His expertise spans new business development, agency relations, and underwriting, gained from previous positions at BankDirect Capital Finance and Capital Premium Financing.
Cole, who resides in Draper, Utah, emphasized the appeal of FIRST’s commitment to both its employees and clients, citing the company’s wide range of products and services as a key factor in his decision to join.
Jim Miller, chief sales and marketing officer at FIRST, said that the company is excited to welcome Butler and Cole. He highlighted their extensive sales experience as a valuable asset in FIRST’s ongoing efforts to grow its presence in the West and Southeast regions.
