Experts interviewed by Insurance Business Australia and New Zealand for the 2023 Top Insurance Employers awards have predicted the trends in the insurance industry in the years to come.

adjusting annual salary increases in response to the rising cost of living
checking salaries against the market and the current skill level of employees
capitalising on immigration to gain international talent

sustaining growth though talent attraction and retention
adopting and implementing strategic workforce plans
ensuring organisations and their employees are aligned with internal and external requirements
