The conference brought together team members from Australia and New Zealand, marking a significant step in integrating the two entities.

Mullins said the combined operation, which includes PSC, now represents a significant independent player in the insurance sector across the region.

The business will be structured around three key divisions:

Networks;
Broking;
and Agencies.

Several leadership changes were also announced.

PSC managing director Tony Robinson will transition to a non-executive director role on Envest’s board, and PSC chairman Paul Dwyer will join Ardonagh’s senior leadership team.

Additionally, PSC Insurance Brokers CEO Ben Goodall and general counsel Julia Mitchell will join Envest’s executive team. Goodall will work alongside Aviso Group CEO Travis Kemp in the broking division, while Mitchell will work with Envest’s chief risk officer Simon Gray on compliance and risk management matters.

Craig Robson has been appointed CEO of Envest Networks, which will include Resilium and PSC Network Partners.

Tony Walker will remain as chairman of PSC Networks and continue leading PSC’s network operations, including Connect and Reliance Partners, along with overseeing PSC’s New Zealand businesses.

The PSC underwriting agencies – Chase Underwriting, Breeze Underwriting, Medisure, Insure4less, GoSafe, and Travel Insuranz – will continue under the direction of PSC Specialty CEO Adam Burgess. These businesses will operate alongside Envest’s existing managing general agents (MGAs), led by Agency CEO Richard Heilig.
