Entries now open for 5-Star Diversity, Equity and Inclusion 2024

Insurance Business’s 5-Star Diversity, Equity & Inclusion 2024 is now open for entries to showcase the insurance companies in Australia and New Zealand that go above and beyond to make their employees feel supported.
Nine winners in the 2023 report were also recognised in IB’s Top Insurance Employers, a testament to the inclusive environments created by these companies.
The survey will be conducted in two phases. In the first phase, the organisation’s management and/or HR team will provide details of their DE&I programs. Participating companies will then receive an anonymous employee survey.
Companies can put themselves forward through this online form until Friday, February 9.
5-Star Diversity, Equity and Inclusion 2024 will be published on the Insurance Business website in June.
