31 October 2022

Specialist insurance executive recruiter Eliot Partnership has named Jenni Smith and George Kesselman to new senior advisory roles as it expands further in the Asia Pacific region.

Ms Smith will join Eliot’s Sydney office, which opened in January, focusing on improving the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives in the region.

She served as QBE’s Group Executive Office, People and Communications for 14 years and has held director roles at JMS Advisory and The Salvation Army Employment Plus.

Mr Kesselman will work as part of the firm’s insurtech team to “strengthen and scale the business’ digital insurance offerings”. He previously founded the Insurtech Asia Association and has served as an adviser to several insurance organisations, including ITC Asia and Sonr.

Eliot Partnership Founder and Managing Partner Andrew Eliot praised the hires for their previous experience and said he was delighted to have them join the firm.

“I am confident that their in-depth industry knowledge and expertise will better position us to achieve greater heights in the world of insurance,” Mr Eliot said.
