Crum & Forster has announced Eileen Miller’s appointment as its new senior vice president of Product Recall. In this role, Miller will helm a team dedicated to underwriting in the fields of consumables, consumer goods, and component parts.

Miller’s duties will encompass managing renewal portfolio objectives, expanding new client acquisitions, and maintaining pivotal agency relationships. Additionally, Miller will work closely with senior management to develop and implement essential underwriting strategies and tactics.

“Eileen’s promotion reflects her vast expertise and her profound grasp of the necessary technical skills for this role,” stated Steve Fomchenko, President of the Property Division at Crum & Forster. “Her seasoned insight is sure to bring great benefits to our clients and brokers alike.”

With over twenty years in the insurance sector, Miller’s journey at Crum & Forster began in 2016 when she joined as a senior product recall underwriter. Before her recent advancement, she served as vice president of Product Recall. Miller started her career at CNA Insurance as a commercial lines middle market underwriter.

Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and has several professional certifications, including a State of Connecticut Licensed Insurance Producer in casualty, property, credit, and travel products. Additionally, she is certified with a State of Connecticut Surplus Lines License.
