Cover-More names new Group CFO

17 March 2023

Zurich-owned travel insurer Cover-More has appointed Justin Sebire as its Group CFO.

Mr Sebire will head the travel insurer’s global financial activities after leaving Catholic Church Insurance, where he served as CFO.

He holds more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including seven years at Suncorp, where he held several key insurance executive positions. He has also held roles at Axa and Bupa and is currently a non-executive director at Phoenix Health Fund.

Mr Sebire says he is “stoked” to commence the role and “enable a growth story now that travel is back”.

“Being at the intersection of three industries I love – insurance, travel and technology – promises to be an exciting ride,” Mr Sebire said on his LinkedIn.

Mr Sebire will take over from former Group CFO Ryan Rubinstein, who has left the travel insurer after more than ten years to “pursue new opportunities”.

Mr Sebire will be based at Cover-More’s headquarters in Sydney.
