CNA Canada has announced changes to its senior leadership team focused on internal talent development and operational enhancement.

As part of this changed roster, Erin Gattoni (pictured left) has been appointed senior vice president, human resources and operations. The role expands her ongoing leadership in human resources to include oversight of operations and underwriting governance.

Gattoni, who joined the firm in 2019, has expertise spanning organizational development, talent engagement, and operational human resources. Her background also includes international experience in training and development across Europe, North and South America, and Bermuda.

Meanwhile, Mujtaba Mirza (pictured right) has been promoted to the role of vice president, operations and underwriting governance.

Mirza became part of CNA Canada in 2018, when he joined as assistant vice president, operations and underwriting governance. His tenure has been marked by the development of these two functions, including launching transformational initiatives in the operations team and establishing an underwriting audit function.

“These appointments recognize the contributions and capabilities of Erin and Mujtaba, and strengthen the overall leadership of our organization,” he said.

“They also create enhanced opportunities for collaboration and mutual support as we manage the challenges of an evolving marketplace.”

With his new title, Grigoruk has also taken charge of shaping underwriting strategy for commercial mid-market.
