Budget Direct Insurance secures fifth consecutive Feefo Platinum Service Award

Online motor and travel insurer Budget Direct Insurance has received the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for the fifth consecutive year.
This award, an independent recognition of excellence, is given to businesses that deliver a superior customer experience consistently.
Budget Direct customer feedback
The award was secured following feedback from nearly 9,000 Budget Direct customers on Feefo, an independent reviews platform, where the company achieved an average rating of 4.7 out of 5.
Feefo’s verification process ensures that all customer reviews are genuine, reinforcing the credibility of the recognition. To qualify for the Platinum award, businesses must maintain a Gold standard for three successive years.
Since its inception in 2016, Budget Direct has consistently earned top customer reviews on Feefo.
