BrokerLink announces double acquisition in Ontario

BrokerLink further expands its presence in Ontario with two acquisitions in the province, L&M Dallaire Insurance and Cryderman Insurance Brokers.

Both acquired brokers joined BrokerLink on October 01, 2022. The two deals bring BrokerLink’s total acquisition count for the year to 20.

L&M Dallaire Insurance is a full-service brokerage in Kapuskasing, Northern Ontario. In business since the 1960s, the firm offers home, auto, and business insurance solutions. Following the acquisition, L&M Dallaire Insurance owners Chantale and Luc Dallaire and the rest of their team will join BrokerLink.

Cryderman Insurance in Chatham, Southwestern Ontario has been in operation since 1935. Led by company president Bill Cryderman, the broker offers bespoke personal and commercial insurance solutions.

Last month, BrokerLink announced three acquisitions: J.W. Davis Insurance Brokers in Mississauga; Kuhn & Associates Insurance and Financial Services in Welland; and Current Maritime Insurance in Halifax.
