BMS Re names new managing director, US deputy general counsel

Based in Minneapolis, Nodes previously worked as a principal at Jackson Lewis, P.C. While there, she advised employers on a wide variety of issues such as best practice employment policies, employment agreements, performance management and separations, and compliance audits. She also litigated employment claims before administrative agencies and state and federal courts.

Additionally, Nodes is a frequent speaker for business and employer associations, including the Society for Human Resource Management and Independent Community of Bankers in America.
