The BIBA Greater Manchester & West Pennine region is delighted that their ‘𝙒𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣 𝙞𝙣 𝘽𝙧𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘿𝙖𝙮’ is now fully booked!

We’re looking forward to welcoming delegates to explore what it means to be a woman in broking and ways in which they can achieve their full potential.

🔺Hannah Ebbitt-Ngang, regional BIBA chair, will be in conversation with female leaders Karen Adegoke, Jackie Hyde and Lamb, Luisa, who’ll share experiences and insights from their own careers.

🔺Genevieve Stow from ISC Group and Abbey Atkinson will lead a workshop all about networking

🔺Sheelagh McNamara, lead tutor for RADA Business’ Executive Presence for Women programme, will help delegates to explore their personal brand, build confidence and be more authentic in the workplace

🔺To close the day we’ll hear from inspirational insurance entrepreneur Sam White

10.00 Registration and coffee

10.30 – 11.20 Panel discussion with Karen Adegoke (Gallagher), Jackie Hyde (Stanmore Insurance Brokers) and Luisa Lamb (Clyde & Co) led by Hannah Ebbitt-Ngang (BIBA Chair)

11.30 – 12.30 Networking workshop led by Genevieve Stow (ISC Group) and Abbey Atkinson

12.30 – 13.15 Lunch – there will be vegetarian/vegan and gluten free options available

13.15 – 14.45 Embodying your personal brand with RADA – please read the attached document as preparation for the session

15.00 – 15.30 Sam White asks ‘Is financial services balanced?’

15.30 – 17.00 Networking drinks for women and allies – Sponsored by Premium Credit
