BIBA 2024: Premium Credit - What’s Next?

At the upcoming BIBA Conference the Premium Credit team will present the latest developments in insurance premium finance. BIBA 2024 and this year’s ‘What’s next’ theme will provide the perfect opportunity to promote new and innovative products and services designed to maximise business development opportunities for our partners.

Premium Credit’s primary focus is to help partners grow business through improved features to our premium finance offering. Visiting our stand (F20) will allow us to provide more detail.

We are always searching for ways to enhance the services we provide, paying close attention to the feedback we receive from our partners and taking action accordingly. By following this approach, we continue to adapt and refine our premium finance products, which have earned multiple awards over recent years.

Tara Waite (pictured), Premium Credit’s CEO comments: “Our purpose is to proudly support our community of customers and partners in creating opportunities through convenient payments ensuring we put the customer at the very centre of our thinking, allowing us to deliver good outcomes that are valued and compliant. Implementing our strategy which we call ‘100% Offer’, is fundamental to the growth we help partners create.“

Mrs Waite adds, “We are dedicated to providing support for both new and existing partners by offering premium finance solutions that are relevant to each customer’s unique needs. To do this, we are constantly enhancing our technology to ensure smooth and seamless digital experiences, as well as leveraging market-leading partner data and analytics to improve our relationship model.
