Berkley rebrands Facilities department
It plays vital role in developing wide bespoke insurance products

Specialist insurance provider Berkley Insurance Australia (BIA) has announced a shift in branding for its Facilities department, now renamed Partner Solutions.
The move is meant to represent a pivot towards enhancing partnerships with coverholders and its ability to adapt insurance solutions to align with changing requirements.
“The term ‘Facilities’ often made it difficult for potential partners to find us and understand our services. Partner Solutions communicates our commitment to being a supportive and solutions-oriented partner for coverholders looking to grow and develop their portfolios,” he said.
Over the last 12 years, the division – now recognised as Partner Solutions – has been crafting a diverse line-up of tailored insurance products. This includes everything from financial lines and general liability to more specialised products like hole in one insurance and event cancellation policies.
What to expect from BIA’s Partner Solutions department
The renaming represents BIA’s adaptation to evolving market demands, wherein brokers and underwriters are increasingly looking for specialised and agile support services.
“Setting up a dedicated team of specialist underwriters and support staff was a pivotal move to ensure our partners receive priority service,” Bleakley said.
With its rebranding to Partner Solutions, BIA believes it is offering a commitment to mutual growth.
“We are excited about the future and the opportunities to work closely with brokers and underwriting agencies to develop bespoke portfolios,” Bleakley said.
