Companies and insurance firms are encouraged to invest in developments that help build a nurturing environment for their workforce.
To identify the organizations on the right path, Insurance Business Canada has opened its fifth annual Top Insurance Employers.
To be considered, companies are invited to fill out this employer form, which asks for details of their various practices based on organizational culture, benefit programs, employee development and other attributes of an exceptional workplace. More information about the process and criteria is available here.
Inclusion in this list can strengthen an organization’s standing in the highly competitive insurance industry.
Nominations are welcome until Friday, August 11.
The successful organizations will be featured on Insurance Business Canada’s website in December.
