Arteva Funding, a major independent premium funding company, has appointed Ross McCallum as head of sales, effective May 20.

In his new role on the executive leadership team, McCallum (pictured, left) will lead the national sales team, manage key partnerships, and help shape and implement the company’s growth strategies.

“We’re excited to welcome Ross as a leader to our team,” said CEO Daniel Gronert (pictured right). “Ross is well-respected within the industry for his ability to build strong partnerships and lead successful sales teams. As we continue to grow, these skills will undoubtedly contribute to our overall success.”

“Through my experience, I’ve witnessed firsthand that Arteva sets the benchmark high when it comes to culture, service delivery, and industry reputation,” McCallum said. “I’m looking forward to leading such a dynamic team of sales professionals across the country.”

McCallum’s appointment is part of Arteva’s broader strategy to strengthen its sales team. Recent additions to the team include:

Damien Moore, senior business development manager (BDM), New South Wales

With a background in national sales and relationship management, Moore is skilled in business strategy, leadership, and sales management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern Cross University.

Adam Joyce, BDM, Queensland

Joyce joins from iQumulate Premium Funding, where he managed the Regional Queensland portfolio. He will work with Bernie Van Altena, Briana Phillips, and Savannah Lindley to enhance Arteva’s presence in Queensland.

Michelle Martion, BDM, Western Australia

Martion comes from Blue Zebra, bringing extensive experience in client relationship management and sales. She has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing business opportunities.

Daniella Pietrosanti, senior BDM, Victoria and Tasmania

Pietrosanti has over 20 years in the insurance industry, starting with Oamps and later moving to Centrepoint Alliance. She has a strong network of brokers and substantial experience in business development.

Sharon Flaherty, senior BDM, Victoria

Flaherty has expertise in business planning, sales, and account management. She is a graduate of ANZIIF.

Reeta Yadev, BDM, Victoria

Yadev brings valuable experience and skills to her role.

Dohn Demarte, BDM, Victoria

Demarte is experienced in the financial services industry and excels in building client relationships.

Deborah Downes, sales support officer, national

Downes has over 20 years of experience in insurance broking and premium funding, known for her motivation and commitment to achieving results.
