Aon strengthens partnership with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand

Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) has appointed Aon as its preferred professional indemnity (PI) member benefits broker for practitioners.

The deal will see Aon provide various educational content, such as webinars and PI checklists, for practitioners to help CA ANZ members better understand the professional risks they face and make better business decisions.

“We are delighted to work with CA ANZ to help their practitioners continue to navigate a wide range of challenges, such as cyberattacks and the current economic and investment market volatility,” Lisa Henderson, managing director of Aon Affinity, said.

Aon builds on long-standing partnership with CA ANZ

Henderson said the agreement will strengthen the long-standing relationship between Aon and CA ANZ.

“We know from our long-standing relationship that accountants realise that it’s never been more important to have cover that is specialised to their needs,” Henderson said.

Alex Peasland, strategic partnership manager at CA ANZ, said: “The CA ANZ Member Benefits Program is thrilled that Aon, working with us on the program since 2015, [is] now the preferred PI member benefits broker for practitioners. This change in status will result in additional benefits for CA ANZ members through both education and resources to provide greater assistance and valuable insight to members in this specialised area.”
