ANZIIF opens nominations for industry awards

16 March 2023

The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) has opened submissions for this year’s Australian Insurance Industry awards.

ANZIIF will mark the 19th edition of the industry’s “night of nights” on August 24 at The Star Sydney.

Submissions for 17 categories will be open until May 5, with finalists for the awards to be announced in July. A judging panel of industry figures will select the winners.

Last year Suncorp was named Large General Insurance Company of the Year, while Marsh was named Large Broking Company of the Year. Former IAG executive Jacki Johnson was given the Lifetime Achievement Award.

“I’m thrilled to announce the industry’s night of nights. Once again, we invite you to apply and participate in this wonderful celebration of our industry,” ANZIIF CEO Prue Willsford said.
