Allianz’s service rated best in class for claims notification across all lines of business

Gracechurch regularly surveys brokers about the claims service they receive from mid-market insurers and we’re thrilled to have improved our rankings in the latest wave. In particular, brokers rate our First Notification Of Loss (FNOL) as best in class across all lines – motor, property, casualty.

Graham Gibson, Chief Claims Officer at Allianz Insurance, said:

“I’m extremely pleased the continuous improvement we’re making is creating a better experience for our customers. The mid-year survey result reflects the feedback we’re seeing from brokers on a daily basis and recognises the work we’ve done to date. We’ve a lot of activity underway to help us to continue to simplify and improve our service through enhanced communication, consistency and technology.”

While identifying areas for improvement, the latest wave of the survey also found that brokers appreciate our self-service online portal, the Allianz Claims Hub, our good relationships with them, timely responses, efficient claims handling, good communication and prompt settlements.
