Alliant Insurance Services has announced the appointment of Jennifer Carl as a vice president within its employee benefits group in Philadelphia.

In her new role, Carl will be responsible for developing comprehensive and cost-effective benefits programs, Alliant said.

“Jennifer comes to Alliant with both benefits and business consulting experience, allowing her to partner with her clients and help them make the best decisions for the bottom line and their employees,” said Kevin Overbey, president of Alliant Employee Benefits. “She also has the new business and developmental experience to help us grow and expand our client base and service offerings.”

With over a decade of experience working with self-funded clients, Carl has expertise in developing multi-year benefits strategies, managing healthcare programs, and ensuring seamless delivery of all aspects of a benefits program. Prior to joining Alliant, Carl held the position of principal at a global consulting firm.

Carl is the latest addition to Alliant as the company builds out its roster. Earlier this month, the company announced the appointment of Jeremy Wright as vice president in its Alliant Americas division. Last month, Cherrise Howard joined the company as vice president in the employee benefits group.
