Alliant Insurance Services has expanded its brokerage team in Hawaii with the appointment of Gavin Huihui as vice president of the Alliant Americas division.

In this new role, Huihui will cater to clients both locally in Hawaii and across the nation following his substantial background in property and casualty insurance.

Before joining Alliant, Huihui worked as an insurance agent for an international fire and marine insurance firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of La Verne in California and brings a wealth of experience in crafting and implementing insurance and risk management strategies.

His approach blends strategic planning, risk mitigation, and claims management to address the evolving risks that industries face today, the company stated.

“Gavin is a veteran of the Hawaii market who understands the unique regional and national trends that affect his clients’ risks and exposures. He is a strong strategic partner who will serve as a valuable addition to our growing brokerage team in Hawaii,” said Bob Bennetsen, executive vice president and senior managing director at Alliant Americas.
