ALKEME, one of the top 35 insurance brokerages in the country, has expanded its national footprint with the acquisition of Scottsdale-based Pinnacle Insurance Consultants (PIC).

The strategic acquisition beefs up ALKEME’s position in Arizona and grows the company’s capabilities in the fast-growing real estate error & omissions (E&O) and professional liability (PL) insurance market. PIC operates as a provider of E&O/PL insurance solutions with a specialized focus on the real estate sector. Being a local insurance solutions provider has allowed the firm to establish itself in Scottsdale, it said.

“We are thrilled to continue our Arizona expansion and are excited to work with (PIC president) Lisa (Robinson) and her team,” shared ALKEME CEO Curtis Barton. “Their unparalleled expertise in E&O insurance for the real estate market aligns perfectly with our growth strategy and commitment to providing specialized insurance solutions.”

Meanwhile, Robinson welcomed ALKEME, and suggested it would open up possibilities for the team and its clients.

“We look forward to leveraging ALKEME’s resources and network to further enhance our service offerings and expand our reach,” she commented.

Since its inception in 2020, ALKEME has completed more than 50 acquisitions and now serves over 40 locations across 22 states.
