Report proposes 'self-funding' insurance model for export industries

Advisr has crowned this year’s insurance broker award winners after a record number of entries.

Grace Insurance Director Frans du Plessis took out awards for both top Australian and top WA insurance broker.

Adroit Insurance & Risk was named top medium brokerage, Community Broker Network won the top Authorised Representative (AR) Network award, and Hunter Broking Group won top small brokerage.

“With contributions via social media, email, the media or other innovative means, these brokers, ARs and businesses are making customer-focused information about insurance easily available to Australian businesses,” Advisr said.

“They have filmed videos, written articles, created podcasts, added insightful commentary to online discussion and been reviewed by their customers.”

The awards, now in their fourth year, judge three categories: “thought leadership” – sharing expertise through articles, social media posts, videos, podcasts; a candidate’s professional presence and profile online, and their “transparent engagement” reviews and testimonials.
