Adrian Johns to lead Marsh Advantage Insurance

8 December 2022

The Marsh Advantage Insurance authorised representative business will be led by Adrian Johns following some recently announced changes.

Mr Johns, who will report to Head of Corporate, Commercial and Affinity, Pacific John Mutton, was previously Managing Risk Advisor for NSW and has extensive broking experience.

In the new role Mr Johns will be supported by Mark Osborne, Growth Leader Authorised Representatives, Jan Helmer, Business Improvement, Authorised Representatives and Leah Douglas, National Administration Manager.

Marsh has also announced that Stuart Munro, who previously held a role that covered leadership of the AR network and growth of the corporate and commercial segments, is leaving after 21 years of service to pursue other interests.

“Stuart was an original architect of Marsh Advantage and a key reason for its success,” Mr Mutton says in an emailed announcement seen by insuranceNEWS.com.au.

“In recent years, Stuart played a pivotal role in our Homebush commercial business and later

successfully led the sales function across Corporate, Commercial and Affinity.”

The leader of the Victorian authorised representative business Barry Drinkwater, who joined Marsh from QBE, has also decided to leave the firm.

The authorised representative network is a key part of the Marsh commercial business, the company says.
