5-Star MGAs survey now open

Insurance Business Canada has launched its 5-Star MGAs survey to give readers an opportunity to assess their wholesale partners’ performance and uncover the best businesses in the industry.

Through this survey, brokers can rate their MGA partners on the basis of service and performance over the past 12 months in 10 key areas such as underwriting responsiveness, technical expertise, compensation, claims support and others.

This valuable tool enables industry participants to create a benchmark for businesses and identify areas for improvement. Information gathered will be used to present an insightful overview of the insurance industry’s recent achievements and the challenges it faces.

The list of the best-rated wholesale partners will be featured in Insurance Business Canada’s online edition and website in October.
